Responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive data strategy, focusing on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML), and cloud computing. This role involves leading a team of data experts, managing data architecture, data lakes, and data warehouses on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). Develop data analysis platforms, reporting, and dashboard solutions, as well as deploying advanced analytics and predictive models. Ensure data security and compliance, manage costs, and interact with stakeholders.
Enterprise Data Platform (EDP) Management: Oversee the design, deployment, and operation of the EDP, including Data Lake, Data Warehouse, and Business Intelligence (BI) solutions on cloud environments like AWS, Google Cloud, Azure.
People Management: Recruit, train, supervise and manage the performance of subordinate employees to ensure completion of assigned work plans; Build and maintain a collaborative, high- performance work culture, providing guidance and professional development opportunities for team members
Security, Compliance, and Cost Management: Ensure the implementation and enforcement of data security measures to protect sensitive information. Comply with data privacy regulations and banking industry standards. Manage costs related to data storage and analysis, implementing cost- saving strategies to maintain optimal performance.
Data Analytics and Reporting: Work closely with business units to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics. Develop reporting solutions and dashboards, providing detailed insights and recommendations based on data to support business decisions.
Advanced Analytics and Predictive Modeling: Responsible for exploring and deploying advanced analytics, including predictive models, machine learning (ML), and artificial intelligence (AI). Identify opportunities for predictive analytics in areas such as risk assessment, customer behavior analysis, and fraud detection.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
