Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive data strategy, focusing on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML), and cloud computing. This role involves leading a team of data experts, managing data architecture, data lakes, and data warehouses on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). Develop data analysis platforms, reporting, and dashboard solutions, as well as deploying advanced analytics and predictive models. Ensure data security and compliance, manage costs, and interact with stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
• People Management: Recruit, train, supervise and manage the performance of subordinate employees to ensure completion of assigned work plans; Build and maintain a collaborative, high- performance work culture, providing guidance and professional development opportunities for team members
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
• Data Strategy: Responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive data strategy, aligning with the bank‘s business objectives. Focus on integrating AI/ML technology and leveraging cloud computing to optimize data management and analysis.
• Enterprise Data Platform (EDP) Management: Oversee the design, deployment, and operation of the EDP, including Data Lake, Data Warehouse, and Business Intelligence (BI) solutions on cloud environments like AWS, Google Cloud, Azure.
• Security, Compliance, and Cost Management: Ensure the implementation and enforcement of data security measures to protect sensitive information. Comply with data privacy regulations and banking industry standards. Manage costs related to data storage and analysis, implementing cost- saving strategies to maintain optimal performance.
• Data Analytics and Reporting: Work closely with business units to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics. Develop reporting solutions and dashboards, providing detailed insights and recommendations based on data to support business decisions.
• Advanced Analytics and Predictive Modeling: Responsible for exploring and deploying advanced analytics, including predictive models, machine learning (ML), and artificial intelligence (AI). Identify opportunities for predictive analytics in areas such as risk assessment, customer behavior analysis, and fraud detection.
Requirements:
• Technical expertise: Extensive knowledge of data architecture, including experience with Data Lake, Data Warehouse, and BI, as well as a solid understanding of cloud technologies like AWS/Google/Azure.
• Compliance and data security: Deep understanding of regulations related to data security and privacy, as well as experience in implementing data security measures.
• Experience: At least 10 years of experience in the field of data and analysis, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior management position, preferably in the banking or finance sector. Experience in data management and data quality is very important. (Preference for those with experience working abroad)
• Analytical and modeling skills: Strong expertise in advanced analysis, machine learning (ML), and artificial intelligence (AI).
• Leadership and management skills: Ability to lead teams, develop talent, and manage complex projects.
• Educational qualification: Master‘s degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields. (Preference for graduates from abroad)
• Communication and interpersonal skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, along with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels within the organization.
