In the role of Head of E-commerce, you will be responsible for managing the day to day running of our websites, as well as exploring new opportunities to fuel growth in revenue, and maximize profitability across our full product range. Working closely with tech, marketing and marketplace teams, you will optimize all aspects of our web, managing consumer marketing campaigns to deliver a best-in-class e-commerce platform.

Utilize Ecommerce site analytics to optimize core journeys and iteratively improve core e-commerce metrics (conversion rate,..)
Monitor and analyze product performance trends to inform and execute product & marketing strategy
Lead the efforts on creativity and innovation in our product strategy and marketing approach to drive the business performance
Systematically analyze and report sales results, expectations, market and trends to make proactive product/range development recommendations.
Lead our product team, develop and execute an effective product strategy to improve our e-commerce platform traffic and sales performance
Lead our Marketplace team, develop and manage our marketplace platform globally by expanding merchandising offers as well as enhancing our marketplace features to capture more vendors and sales
Oversee our digital marketing team to drive revenue growth and maximize the profitability of our website
The right individual will be a real self-starter, comfortable in taking a leading role in developing our e-commerce platform to match the same world-class standards set across the business. You will be comfortable working with data to track performance and identify opportunities.
