HEAD OF ENGINEERING - FMCG

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Engineer to lead our engineering team in the development and implementation of innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digitalization, capital expenditures, and utility management. This role requires strategic vision, leadership skills, and a commitment to operational excellence.
Leadership and Management:

Oversee the engineering department, providing guidance and support to engineering teams.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Digitalization Initiatives:

Drive the digital transformation of engineering processes through the implementation of advanced technologies.
Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate digital tools and systems, enhancing efficiency and data management.

Capital Expenditure (CapEx) Management:

Lead CapEx projects, from conception through execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints.
Develop and manage the engineering budget, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Utility Management:

Implement strategies for energy efficiency and sustainability within utility operations.
Oversee the design and maintenance of utility systems, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.

Project Oversight:

Lead engineering projects, ensuring they meet quality, safety, and performance standards.
Coordinate with cross- functional teams to ensure project alignment with business objectives.

Regulatory Compliance:

Stay informed about changes in regulations that may impact engineering operations.
Ensure all engineering activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.

Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering management, with a focus on digitalization, CapEx, and utilities, Automation control, artificial intelligent / Machine learning.
Excellent financial acumen related to budgeting and CapEx management.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or higher
Strong understanding of digital technologies and their application in engineering.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in utility management and energy efficiency practices.
Proven track record of successfully leading large- scale engineering projects.
