RESPONSIBILITIES:
Security/Compliance: Ensure that the Platform&039;s technology infrastructure and systems are secure and satisfy world- class standards for software development compliance, including SOX404 and IS027001.
Technical Strategy: Develop and execute the company&039;s technical strategy, ensuring that it aligns with the overall business goals and objectives.
Product Strategy: In partnership with the Head of Product, accountable for product discovery, delivery and maintenance of all products that support gamers and their experience within the company ecosystem.
Innovation: Stay up- to- date on the latest technology trends and innovations and identify opportunities to incorporate new technologies into the company&039;s offerings.
Budgeting: Develop and manage the technology budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
Talent Development: Lead, manage, and mentor the technical team, ensuring that they have the resources and support they need to be successful. Provide coaching and leadership to ensure each member is developing their skills and career.
Global Scalability: Ensure the core products are stable, scalable, and maintained at the highest quality with a vision to expand services globally.

Experience managing 50+ engineers required
Track record in delivering B2C or B2B products
Familiarity working with Golang, Java, PHP, Python
Prior experience in gaming, payments, and/or eCommerce is a plus
