Head of Finance and Accounting

Negotiations with banks on the terms of account management and monitoring the implementation of the agreements.
Management of financial operations with the banks and/or any other financial entity.
Preparation for yearly external audit and/or tax audit as per legal requirement.
Investor relations (IR): Responding to investors (Q&A), reports preparations, reporting to investors, meeting with investors.
Budget supervision – Adjusting the company’s accounting system to the company’s budget, and performing periodic tracking of Actuals vs Budget.
Be responsible to liaise with local authorities for all tax issues arising during business operation, included: Regular tax reporting, special tax incentives.
Assistance in selecting the appropriate bank for financial activities.
Management of financial exposures – Management of the company’s liquid assets including: Currency exposure analysis, cash flow exposure, management, implementation and supervision of the investment policy.
Management reports – Preparing weekly and monthly reports and presentations to the management and the board of directors. These reports include: Balance sheet, PNL, cash flow and any other required report.
Participate in decision- making and its implementation in the company budget.
Other duties on request based on company’s demands time by time.
Budget preparation – Leading the preparation process of the annual budget of the company, which is derived from the company’s annual plan.
Analyzing budget implications on the company.

Excellent in all MS Office, especially Excel, Accounting Software.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferred.
Five years experiences in progressively responsible financial leadership roles, preferably production or BPO.
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, high level of integrity, enthusiastic team player, strong interpersonal skills, hands on manager willing to learn and grow.
Fluent in English skills.
BA in Accounting or Finance, MBA is desirable.
