Job Description
Audit Preparation: Prepare for yearly external audits and/or tax audits as required by law.
Financial Operations Management: Manage financial operations with banks and other financial entities, including selecting appropriate banks and negotiating terms of account management.
Budget Supervision: Adjust the company&039;s accounting system to adhere to the budget and conduct regular tracking of Actuals vs. Budget.
Investor Relations (IR): Respond to investor inquiries, prepare reports for investors, and participate in investor meetings.
Tax Compliance: Liaise with local authorities for tax issues, including regular tax reporting and securing special tax incentives.
Budget Analysis: Analyze budget implications on company operations and strategies.
Decision- making Participation: Participate in decision- making processes and implement decisions in the company budget.
Other Duties: Fulfill other duties as requested based on company demands.
Financial Exposures Management: Manage the company&039;s liquid assets, including analysis of currency exposure, cash flow management, and supervision of the investment policy.
Management Reports: Prepare weekly and monthly reports and presentations for management and the board of directors, including Balance sheet, PNL, cash flow, and other required reports.
Budget Preparation: Lead the annual budget preparation process aligned with the company&039;s annual plan.
Job Requirements
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and Accounting Software.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred.
Strong problem- solving and analytical skills, integrity, teamwork, interpersonal skills, hands- on management style, willingness to learn and grow.
Fluent in English.
Five years of progressively responsible financial leadership experience, preferably in production or BPO.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA preferred.
