Description
As the Head of FP&A, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy of our organization. You will lead a team of three finance professionals, driving a commercially focused approach with a growth mindset. This position requires a strategic thinker who can effectively collaborate with various stakeholders to influence and impact both top and bottom- line performance.
Team Leadership:
* Manage and mentor a team of three finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and high- performance culture.
* Provide guidance and support for professional development, ensuring the team is equipped to deliver high- quality financial insights.
Commercial Focus:
* Drive initiatives to optimize revenue, control costs, and enhance overall profitability.
* Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company&039;s commercial objectives.
Strategic Financial Planning:
* Provide strategic financial insights to senior management, aiding in decision- making processes.
* Lead the development and execution of the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
* Collaborate with cross- functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Operations, to understand business dynamics and influence financial outcomes.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Performance Analysis:
* Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance and support data- driven decision- making.
* Conduct in- depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Continuous Improvement:
* Identify and drive process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial planning and analysis activities.
* Implement and champion a growth mindset within the finance team and across the organization.
Profile
* Bachelor&039;s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or professional qualification (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred
* Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
* Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills with a focus on driving business results.
* Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
* Strong understanding of the manufacturing industry and its financial dynamics.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
* Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including team management and development.
