Our client, an innovative lodging provider, is seeking for skilled talents to join their team:

Create and execute performance management programs
Optimize HR systems and processes for streamlined operations
Direct the design and implementation of a comprehensive rewards system
Develop an effective talent acquisition process that allows our aggressive headcount growth (2- 3X)
Design and execute HR strategies

Excellent understanding of HR best practices, compensation principles, and employment laws
Good data- driven mindset and analytical skills
At least 7- year experience in strategic HR role and talent acquisition specifically
