Job Summary:
We are looking to hire a human resources head who will lead our human resources team and ensure that all human resources- related activities are carried out smoothly and effectively. As an HR Head, you will work closely with the senior management to develop policies and strategies related to human resources. You will also need to ensure the successful implementation of the policies and strategies throughout the organization. You will be responsible to ensure that all HR needs of the company are aligned with the company’s objectives.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Management and Development of Human Resources:
Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
Implement performance management systems to monitor employee performance and provide feedback.
Foster a positive work environment by managing employee relations and conflict resolution.
Formulate HR policies and initiatives that support the long- term strategic goals of the company.
Establish employee development programs to enhance skills, knowledge, and career growth within the organization.
Develop, communicate, and align HR strategies with the overall organizational objectives.
Compensation and Benefits Management:
Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain employees
Ensure compliance with compensation laws, regulations, and industry standards
Training and Development Programs
Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills, compliance, and professional development.
Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
HR Compliance and Legal Risk Management:
Stay informed about labor laws, regulations, and industry compliance standards
Implement and monitor HR policies to mitigate legal risks and ensure adherence to statutory requirements
IT System project:
Coordinator with all of Head Depts to execute all projects
Utilize HR technology and analytics to streamline processes, analyze workforce trends, and make data- driven decisions
Perform other duties as requested by the Board of Directors.
