Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on HR- related matters.

Performance Management and Development:
Assess training needs and monitor training programs.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system.
Develop and manage effective performance management programs.
People Operations and Administration:
Maintain accurate and up- to- date employee records.
Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.
Handle HR- related transactions, including benefits administration, leave management, and inquiries.
Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
Implement and enhance people operations processes, including compliance with labor laws.
Recruitment and Talent Management:
Manage the recruitment and selection process.
