PRIMARY OBJECTIVE
The Head of HRBP will lead a team of HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and play a critical role in partnering with business leaders to implement HR activities effectively. This role will serve as a key liaison between the business units and the Talent Management (COEs) and HR Services function, ensuring seamless execution of HR programs and initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a highly collaborative and results- oriented individual with a proven track record of building strong relationships, driving HR program implementation, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and execute HRBP Initiatives across specialized Divisions
• Employee Experience Enhancement: Shape and enhance employee experience initiatives based on strategic HR metrics (e.g., retention rates, training ROI), driving exceptional engagement and sustainable value.
• Strategic Direction: Establish and lead pioneering human resources strategies, tailored with the unique business and operational needs of each specialized Division (e.g., technology, finance, manufacturing).
• HR Program Development and Execution: Collaborate with Division leaders to design and deploy HR programs (recruitment, training, KPI frameworks) tailored to specific demands, holding ultimate accountability for their effectiveness and outcomes.
• Comprehensive Communication and Compliance Management: Oversee the dissemination of HR policies through internal channels, workshops, and training sessions, ensuring comprehensive understanding and adherence across the organization.
Strategic Oversight and Management of Divisional HR Plans and Reports
• Strategic HR Metrics Analysis: Monitor and analyze core HR metrics, provide regular updates, and deliver data- driven consultance to Divisions to optimize the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
• Strategic Monitoring & Reporting: Develop strategic HR plans tailored to the specific requirements of each Division, closely oversee the implementation process, and present periodic reports (e.g., headcount, recruitment effectiveness, employee satisfaction levels).
Leadership & Team Management
• Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a high- performing team of HRBPs, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
