JOB OBJECTIVE:

We are looking for a resilient and execution- focused Head of Human Resources to lead the setup, structure, and standardization of our HR function, ensuring compliance, consistency, and capability for scale.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Building HR Foundation & Compliance
Set up and standardize the HR operating model across the Group.
Monitor and execute performance management programs, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans.
Ensure alignment and compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal governance standards.
Establish clear HR SOPs, policies, and reporting structures across business units.
Oversee performance management processes: goal- setting, evaluations, and development planning.
Human Resources Management
Deploy new HR initiative, such as Competency & Career Roadmap, Succession planning, Change management.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations.
Continuously evaluate and improve HR programs and processes.
Oversee and manage the HR department, including compensation & benefits, talent acquisition, L&OD, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
Manage HR budgets and expenses.
Provide guidance and support to HODs/ manager level and employees on HR issues and best practices.
Advise the CEOs on human resource strategy, human resource structure; Develop and execute HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
Develop and implement policies and procedures related to HR functions.
Talent Acquisition and Management
Implement effective onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Lead Talent Acquisition team in recruitment and selection to attract qualified and diverse talent.
HR Metrics and Reporting
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
Use data- driven insights to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement of HR processes and practices.
Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on HR metrics, trends, and accomplishments.

Stay updated on related industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements and ensure organizational compliance.
