Head of IT Business Partner

PURPOSE
Act as the primary strategic interface between the IT function and key business units (Sales, Operations, Retail, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Support functions).
Partner with business leaders to co- create and propose technology and digital transformation solutions aligned with corporate strategy.
Ensure technology investments deliver tangible, measurable business value (ROI, NPV, project milestones, and stakeholder satisfaction).
Lead digital initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and competitive advantage.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Cultivate a culture of collaboration between IT and Business functions.
Define Job Descriptions, KPIs, and development plans for team members.
Promote a positive, collaborative, and agile team culture.
Partner with Data and AI teams to ensure data quality, availability, and usability, supporting an AI- first operational model.
Track post- implementation operational performance through the Production Operation Model.

Facilitate periodic ITBP reviews, reporting on portfolios, risks, and strategic recommendations.

Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for business units, fostering trust and strategic consensus.
Build and structure a high- performing ITBP team.
Work with IT leadership to develop and adjust the IT roadmap to ensure alignment with business plans and corporate goals.
Collaborate with business unit leaders to define strategic priorities and establish a technology initiative portfolio.

Co- create with IT leadership to select and govern technology/AI solutions that comply with Enterprise Architecture.
Monitor investment progress and value delivery using Value Management and FinOps methodologies to optimize costs and resources.
Capture, analyze, and translate business needs into technical requirements.
Lead Change Management efforts to ensure user adoption and maximize the impact of digital solutions.
Assess performance, identify talent gaps, and manage succession planning.
Conduct Cost- Benefit- Risk analysis for all digital initiatives.
Oversee the portfolio of IT projects, products, and services.
Yêu cầu công việc
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 10 years in IT, with at least 5 years in ITBP, Product Owner, Consulting, or Senior BA roles.
Certifications: Professional certifications such as PMI, ITIL, TOGAF, COBIT, Digital Transformation, or AI/ML are highly preferred.
- Specific domain expertise in Retail or Manufacturing.
- Proven track record of leading large- scale digital transformation initiatives.
- 5–7 years of leadership experience managing professional teams.

- Solution Co- creation: Proven ability to prototype, validate, and evaluate the feasibility of innovative technology/service ideas.
- Infrastructure & Architecture: Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, core systems, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture.
- Portfolio management: Professional mastery in managing the portfolio of products, projects, services, and data assets to ensure lifecycle optimization and strategic fit.
- Digital Proficiency: Expertise in emerging technologies, including AI/ML, RPA, Cloud, Data Analytics, and IoT

- Financial Literacy: Experienced in IT/AI financial modeling (ROI, NPV, Payback period).
