MISSION STATEMENT
Design and deliver the Talent & Organizational Effectiveness Strategy. Partner with business leaders to deliver key projects and build people capabilities in line with HR vision and MMVN cultures.
Developing and executing a Training and Development Strategy to contribute to insights, knowledge, skills, culture to support organizational effectiveness and sustainable capabilities
ROLES
Learning Management & foundation
Build strategic plan for Learning and Organization Development that aligned with Company Strategy
Cooperate with Training agencies, consultants to offer development programs for employee,
Plan annual Leadership and Organizational Development budget and efficiency monitored spending
Build Learning & OD foundation including Learning Management System, Performance Management System, Leadership Development program, Learning frameworks and promote learning culture in locations
Update learning trend to Leadership team and propose learning solutions for Division, employee,
Support HRD and business leaders to accurately diagnose organizational issues, develop potential solutions and recommend change initiatives as appropriate
Learning culture:
Initiate to promote for Core Values and Company cultures, plan and build Employee engagement program for employee
Build the learning culture and program to promote learning in company
Company Culture and Employee Engagement
Plan and implement the Employee Engagement Survey and propose actions to improve accordingly
Design and facilitate the Career Development to employee;
Collaborate in or spearhead projects to develop Employee Engagement; Reward & Recognitions
Create initiatives for OD Activities to promote Company culture, Core Values, Competency Development;
QUALIFICATIONS
Demonstrated abilities in relating to people across all levels and motivating them towards the achievement of their organizational as well as personal objectives.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic business environment
Planner, strategist and implementer with proven success in Learning and Development areas.
At least 10 years of relevant experience in a L&OD, HR or equivalent function
Good facilitation and presentation skill, good leadership and management skill, coaching and mentoring employee
Fluent in English
