Head Of Loan Management Department

Summary:
- Ensure quality of work by leading team to achieve KPIs
- In charge main projects relevant to Loan Management Department or Operations Division in general
- Manage entire Disbursement & Repayment (D&R) /Reconciliation team & Record Management team across Vietnam to make sure providing an efficient and high- quality performance to align with company&039;s procedures/guidelines
- Periodically review, update, develop all related processes, manuals, workflows and regular and ad- hoc reports
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Manage team:
- Playing as checker role: disburse and upload repayment loan from customers; work with partners to match and sort out discrepancy- if any- to ensure the accuracy
- Ensure all processing loan maintenances in line with company&039;s guideline
- Managing entire team including daily operations, operational planning, staff selection, training...
- Repayment partners management or dealing and coordinate other vendors relevant to D&R
- Business Process Transformation/Re- engineering to meet all requirements from Management
Report: Managing Periodically MIS report
Operation enhancement:
- Leading all projects of Operations & other tasks are assigned by Division Head if any
- Internal Control of Operations enhancement

Qualification:
- Familiar with financial service software and reporting system.
- University graduate (preferably in Finance, Accounting,)
Work Experience: At least 7 years in Finance industry (consumer finance, banking, insurance) and have experience in management a big team
Knowledge:
- Collection and / or disbursement areas in financial services companies
- Loan application documents for each product for late checking
- Reconciliation and partner project tasks
- Administration, business operations, Auditing, Accounting
- Loan and Disbursement & Repayment processes
- Suspected incidents of fraud
- Loan disbursement process include: PL and AL
- Managing of document management in financial services companies
Skills:
- Language capability: good command of Vietnamese and English and
- Leadership skill
- Computer skill: MS Word, Excel, Power point
- Competencies: Teamwork spirit is required, creativeness, decision making
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
