Head of Loan Management Department

Summary:

In charge main projects relevant to Loan Management Department or Operations Division in general
Ensure quality of work by leading team to achieve KPIs
Periodically review, update, develop all related processes, manuals, workflows and regular and ad- hoc reports
Manage entire Disbursement & Repayment (D&R) /Reconciliation team & Record Management team across Vietnam to make sure providing an efficient and high- quality performance to align with company&039;s procedures/guidelines

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Manage team:

Managing entire team including daily operations, operational planning, staff selection, training…
Playing as checker role: disburse and upload repayment loan from customers; work with partners to match and sort out discrepancy- if any- to ensure the accuracy
Business Process Transformation/Re- engineering to meet all requirements from Management
Repayment partners management or dealing and coordinate other vendors relevant to D&R
Ensure all processing loan maintenances in line with company’s guideline

Report: Managing Periodically MIS report
Operation enhancement:

Internal Control of Operations enhancement
Leading all projects of Operations & other tasks are assigned by Division Head if any

Qualification

Familiar with financial service software and reporting system.
University graduate (preferably in Finance, Accounting,)

Work Experience: At least 7 years in Finance industry (consumer finance, banking, insurance) and have experience in management a big team
Knowledge

Loan and Disbursement & Repayment processes
Reconciliation and partner project tasks
Loan disbursement process include: PL and AL
Suspected incidents of fraud
Loan application documents for each product for late checking
Administration, business operations, Auditing, Accounting
Collection and / or disbursement areas in financial services companies
Managing of document management in financial services companies

Skills

Computer skill: MS Word, Excel, Power point
Competencies: Teamwork spirit is required, creativeness, decision making
Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
Language capability: good command of Vietnamese and English and
Leadership skill
