Head of Marketing

The Head of Markeing is responsible for steering, managing and optimizing our Marketing and Retention activities (user engagement/loyalty). This person will lead the Marketing team, to drive traffic and brand awareness to MuaBanNhaDat.vn and to implement and execute optimal multi-platform (traditional & digital) marketing campaigns through insight and deep knowledge of their chosen discipline. The Candidate who wants to join to the team must be a strong project manager, customer focused and multitasking, analytical, good communicator, team player, detail-oriented, reliable and able to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

1. Organisational:

• Communicate with colleagues and share insights on Slack

• Coordinate on-time delivery of team tasks via Trello

• Avidly communicate with product, sales, customer service & other department heads to ensure alignment of brand strategy

• Hold quarterly performance reviews and set development plans for direct reports

2. Reporting:

• Review channel KPIs with marketing specialists weekly in Google Analytics

• Produce marketing monthly reports per brand of KPI achievement and action initiatives for any non-performing channel

3. Functional:

• Ensure documentation of all marketing tests in signed-off tactics briefs, complete with on-time execution, reporting and learning communication

• Ensure adherence to customisation guidelines and other International frameworks

• Maintain persona documentation, communicate insights and recommended action items to wider team

• Ensure correct implementation of the Google Analytics framework

• Advise on strategy, coordinate marketing execution and report KPIs for marketing related channels for clients

• Manage and optimise Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other performance channels

Location: Copac Square, 12 Tôn Đản, District 4, HCMC

• 5+ years of progressive digital marketing experience required. 

• Fluency in English.

• Track record of delivering multifaceted web, social and mobile digitally driven campaigns from strategy through execution.  

• Good organizational, financial, time management and leadership skills

• Demonstrate online and direct marketing success managing substantial paid budget to specific goals and timelines using tools.  

• Demonstrate strong project management skills including: conceptualization; analysis; driving alignment; planning resources; managing milestones and objectives and be responsible for overall project, content or campaign success.

• Strong working knowledge of and experience with various social media marketing technologies, platforms and practices to deliver an exceptional online consumer experience.  

• Strong track record of leveraging data driven research/analysis to drive strategic direction and optimize marketing programs. 

•  Relevant experience in working for (or with) a fast-growth start-up from conception through commercial launch.  

• BA / BS required, Interest in real estate or any classified websites is a plus.
