Mô tả công việc

Marcom:

Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
Oversee all internal communications & external communications related to Savills and ensure brand consistency and image, as well as managing any crisis that can damage Savills’ brand and reputation.
Plan and execute successful events, including conferences, sales events, workshops, signing ceremonies and other customer- facing events, optimizing event budget while ensuring seamless execution and high ROI.
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple marketing channels, including EDM, website, social media, PR, events, to capture and maximize customer leads and data acquisition across all business units.
Manage and develop Savills’ database across all business units and throughout all CRM platforms.
Manage and develop relationships with media and public relations partners to secure media coverage and increase brand awareness.
Measure and report on the performance of marketing programs, including lead acquisition and other ROI, and make recommendations for improvements based on data analysis.
Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure successful execution of marketing programs.

Place:

Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the Department.
Set, monitor and report on team works (prospecting, proposals, contracts, on- goings, department budget and profit).
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Design branding, positioning, and pricing strategies.
Build, manage and develop client relationships to ensure client’s expectations are fully met.
Lead contact points for account management.
Ensure the project is smoothly managed from start to finish, meeting all key deadlines.
Review of design work, proof reading and checking work completed prior to sharing with client.

Yêu cầu công việc

Experience in B2B marketing and working with corporate clients is a plus.
Experience managing budgets and allocating resources effectively.
5+ years of experience in marketing communications, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Demonstrated ability to think creatively and innovatively, with a strong focus on business objectives, performance and ROI.
Deep knowledge and experience with latest digital tools & platforms such as AI, SEO, web analytics, Google AdWords, CRM software, Salesforce, social media, as well as content marketing, PR and event management.
Strong digital & analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Bachelor&039;s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross- functional teams.
Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing programs.
