Head of Marketing & Communications

POSITION OVERVIEW:
As the Head of Marketing & Communications, your responsibilities include developing and implementing a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness and drive business objectives, setting current and long- term goals for key stakeholders and business units, building a digital marketing roadmap, managing all digital marketing channels to ensure brand consistency, cultivating and maintaining relationships with media and influential professionals, and designing and managing the marcom department&039;s budget..
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure brand consistency in all advertising efforts and manage sensitive issues.
Participate in planning objectives and track competitors&039; activities
Stay up to date with technology and monitor competition
Develop and implement a digital marketing roadmap
Manage digital channels for brand consistency and engagement
Provide guidance for effective marketing events and conduct market analysis
Build relationships with media and stakeholders through PR strategies
Develop campaigns to increase customer interaction and forecast sales trends
Measure ROI and KPIs, prepare budget, and prioritize projects

Familiarity with web design
Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful campaigns
Strategic mindset with the ability to make difficult decisions
Proven experience in Marketing or Digital Marketing Director roles within the industry
Bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
Strong knowledge of SEO, web analytics, Google AdWords, CRM software, and digital marketing tools
