Mô tả công việc

Perform other tasks as directed by management.
Develop and manage a system for collecting market, competitor, customer, and internal company information to support Marketing efforts.
Plan and manage the budget for Brand and Marketing programs/projects in alignment with the company’s Marketing strategy and business objectives.
Responsible for overseeing overall Brand & Corporate Marketing Management for the company, including managing the brand and integrated marketing strategies to build the company’s reputation and image, as well as the brand image and marketing activities at branches, events- activations, and gift programs within the internal and external network.
Effectively coordinate with other departments within the Center (Communications, Design, other Marketing areas) under the spirit of One Team- One Dream to best serve the Brand and Products.
Ensure the presence of the brand and products on public media channels (Digital & Media) by managing the company’s digital content and advertising/content/visuals for the company and its products/services across public media platforms (digital, social & other media).
Lead, guide, evaluate, and develop employees and specialists in the Marketing department, as well as design efficient workflows for the department and related areas.
Support strategy development and operational management for the Marketing organization by providing advice and assistance.
Coordinate the implementation and monitor the effectiveness of Brand & Marketing campaigns within your management scope.
Continue to collaborate with units responsible for products and customers to manage integrated Marketing projects and activities to promote product/service features and promotional/activation programs, supporting sales, profit goals, and customer loyalty towards the company.

Yêu cầu công việc

Strong leadership and team management skills.
Passion for staying updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and content.
Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast- paced environment.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
At least 5 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in Fintech, Ecommerce, Application.
Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross- functionally.
Excellent English skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create clear, compelling marketing content and communicate effectively with international stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
