Responsibility 1: Develop a medium and lonl- term strategy, develop and implement an annual business plan for the dry food category according to the development strategy of the corporation and the company
- Analyze the market, industry, competitors, and medium and long- term consumption trends of domestic and foreign customers to ensure the feasibility of the proposed strategy.
- Guide and approve the business plan for each sub- category in dry food (Dairy & frozen, Instant, Drink & Sweet) proposed by the department head.
- Guide and supervise the implementation of the line management plan, develop an appropriate concept every year; Check line performance at branches and survey competitors periodically or as required to come up with appropriate action plans to improve the efficiency of the category.
Responsibility 2: Manage, guide, and negotiate with suppliers/partners to meet the needs of operation and development of the dry food category
- Review, approve, and report to the General Director the supplier capacity standard: product quality standards, production scale, and supply capacity, ... for each product group, supplier.
- Monitor the implementation, follow and evaluate the business performance of the Suppliers and plans, and propose timely adjustments to optimize revenue and profit.
- Approve plans to find, develop, and cooperate with strategic and potential suppliers; Negotiate and coordinate to build JBP (Join business plan) with top suppliers.
- Guide and supervise the implementation of the supplier restructuring roadmap: cut/ improve/ add new ... according to the development orientation of the Company.
- Coordinate with Leasing department to have promotional activities to enhance image and revenue for suppliers and LOTTE Mart.
- Organize coordination with relevant departments such as: accounting, operation, marketing, and corresponding cooperation with each supplier, ensuring consistency, efficiency and minimizing problems arising when operating.
- Coordinating with suppliers to co- develop the brand through CSR activities and brand promotion.
Responsibility 3: Monitor and be responsible to the General Director for all activities of the dry food category
- Approve the mechanism, tables, and sequence of operations for each specific product group to suit the actual operating situation at the store.
- Organize work exchanges with Ha Noi businesses to ensure smooth and effective business operations.
- Support opening new stores, and renewing branches nationwide.
- Approve the plan for displaying products in the Dryfood category.
- Propose optimal solutions to problems arising in the production and operation of the Dry food category.
- Coordinate with the Operation director, and Hanoi office Director on approving the plan to purchase dry food products for all stores nationwide.
- Advise and consult with the Board of Directors on market trends of dry food products.
- Review and regularly check implementation works related to product operation, minimize and avoid errors that may affect stores, customers and related departments and partners.
- Preside over the implementation of specific actions and tasks to achieve the targets: sales, profits, private brand sales, online product group sales, etc. set by the Company.
Responsibility 4: Manage and monitor systems to ensure accuracy, schedule, and process
- Supervise employees to perform necessary operations related to work, products, and suppliers such as registration, product installation, price adjustment, ...
- Monitor compliance with manipulation and adjustment processes on the system related to price and profit factors.
- Control the completion of items on the system to ensure according to the specified time.
- Monitor the data review on a regular basis and quickly correct if errors occur during daily operations.
Responsibility 5: Establish departmental structure; Manage and develop employees in the Dry food category to ensure the completion of strategies and plans
