Head of Operations and Process

- Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
- Drive the development and implementation of the processes and business platforms to improve productivity and service delivery with the goal of achieving operational excellence.
- Setting/review Standard Operating Procedures; prepare and complete action plans, quality and customer-service standards.
- Drive internal/external stakeholders to obtain valid process improvements enhancing the overall operational business process of Company.
- Manage overalle company&039;s operations and be responsible for the effective and successful management of sales labor, productivity, quality control.
- Formulating appropriate transformation in term of process with other relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct regular reviews and updates of internal business procedures and processes to incorporate best practices.
- Primarily driving the business process development, implementation and continuous improvement for each department to ensure our Customer Value Proposition can be achieved.
- Other duties as be assigned.

- Experience in working with different stakeholders (internal/external).
- Organised, meticulous and high commitment to achieving results.
- Strong analytical, self-starter with plenty of initiative to innovate, change or develop old ideas into new opportunities.
- At least 2 years’ relevant management experience in Operation functions of real estate or MNC/big corporations
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration/ Economy/ Business Management/ Finance & Banking/ Real Estate or relevant major
