Head Of Performance Management - Hanoi

Performance Management & Analytics:
• Conducts KPI assessment for the Division and underlying departments.
• Advise project owners/managers performance management methods, conduct post- launchevaluation for strategic & critical functional projects and initiatives/process.
• Lead the design and implementation of unit cost model within OPS Division
• Issue- focus analysis: Perform data analytics to identify trends & underlying patterns &provide recommendations to support business decision making.
• Lead the design and implementation of analytics projects/ data sharing/ analytics exerciseswithin OPS division.
Dashboards/ Report/ Warehouse/ Data Services:
• Design, Manage & Review periodic report/ dashboard (monthly, weekly, daily…) and providedata services to ad- hoc requests to support the Division Head and stakeholdersof theDivision.
• Be the PIC from OPS team to work with relevant stakeholders (BI center, DataAnalytics &Insight, IT, etc.) regarding operations data rules, data extraction, data mart.
• Continuously & actively identify areas of potential improvement/ simplification/ automationand implement these changes for dashboards/ reports/ warehouse/ dataservices to enhanceoperations & team productivity, capacity.
Team Management & Development
• Ensure all team members are motivated, challenged by proper task allocation, talent
identification & development, coaching & mentoring, team engagement activities.
Stakeholder Management
• Deliver satisfactory stakeholder management & influencing, maintaining good relationship with other department & divisions: departments in OPS, BI Center, IT, Business departments, Project Management Office, Finance,…

• University Graduate Major: Economics/ Management/Banking/ Finance
• At least 5 years at Strategy/Planning/ Performance Management/ Analytics role in Financialservice
• Having knowledge & experience in banking is an advantage.
• Good understanding of banking industry in Vietnam, Financial service and Government rules
