Involving in Product, Price, Place (Channel), Promotion (sell- out, ATL, BTL), production as follows:
Product Managment:
- Develop product sales strategies by working with Sales team to obtain product market share.
- Recommends the nature and scope of current and future product line- up by reviewing product specifications and requirements, appraising new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes.
- Ensure the product planning, OPSI (order, purchase, sales, inventory), policy, budget control… to ensure the sufficient product planning.
- Assesses market competition by comparing the company&039;s product to competitors&039; products.
Pricing:
- Manage Gross Profit, Net Profit by model- wise, channel- wise to achieve company target.
- Determines product pricing by utilizing market research data; reviewing production and sales costs; anticipating volume; costing special and customized orders.
Channel Expansion:
- Planning and execution for channel expansion: model- wise, account- wise, area- wise to increase channel coverage effectively.
- Manage channel wise, account wise discount structure to balance channel and maximize company Gross Profit, Net Profit.
Team Management & HQ Coordination:
− Coordinate with HQ, customize & execute the strategies from HQ
− Lead Product Team to achieve the business target.

Bachelors/Master’s Degree in Business Management / Marketing or Equivalent
Strong communication & negotiation skills
5 years + in Product Management of Consumer Electronics/ Home Appliances Companies.
Sales & Product marketing Management.
Proficiency in English and/or Chinese
Deep knowledge of end- user motivations.
