● Experience in product development, preferably within the Edtech industry.
● Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
● Strong analytical and problem- solving skills, with a data- driven approach to decision- making.
● Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering innovative products in a fast- paced environment.
● Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, with experience in implementing and managing agile teams.
● Passion for education and a deep understanding of user needs in the Edtech space.
● Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and mentor a diverse team.
