Job Summary:
This role will be instrumental in business growth, and we are looking for a leader who will be strategic and tactical in owning and establishing the new product development plan of our company. His/her accountabilities are to manage the product system setup from the product side, working closely with other relevant divisions (Risk, Sales, Underwriting, Operations, DT&M, ICT...) to define the workflow, guarantee the operation of Sales Finance product, support sales & Product Division to achieve the company target/ strategy.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Product Support Development Manager performs a wide range of duties including
some or all
f the following:
Establish product developing plan to launch new product, expanding strategic partner cooperation by co- work with Product Development’s planning/ Partnership alliance and relevant departments (25%)

Execute and monitor new business performance
Develop and maintain process manual, guild line of product development
Define process, framework for operation process
Conduct market research to and enhance the product competitiveness, strive for chance to update product policy and process to match with market trend

Manage system development request to launch new product/ business includes (25%)

Co- work with all departments to define business require development plan, operation process
Monitor its performance and request for enhancement as needed
Conduct UAT process to ensure technical feasibility for launching
Defines and implements report and process to monitor product’s performance post- launching for enhancing and improvement as needed

Manage the system setup and maintain operation of Sales Finance product (CD & Two wheelers loan) includes (25)

Set up and manage promotion program for each dealer
Set up dealer & product mater data on SF product system
Manage the commission and subvention payment with dealer

Support sales team to review special Sales Special Request regarding to loan proposal and process to propose to Head of Product Division for final decision (15%)
Other tasks assigned by Head of division from time to time (10%)

Yêu cầu công việc

Qualification: University Degree majored in Business Administration/Finance & Banking or any related major
Work Experience: At least 5 years of experience in banking/finance sector and 3 years experiences as project manager any field is preferable.
Knowledge

System: loan management
Referable experience in a product team/ credit operation
Knowledge of Retail banking- Consumer finance: products, policies and processes
Maintain operation of Sales Finance product, manage dealer, control product list & price
How to research and keep up to date with market’s changing and technology that may impact product development
Execute and monitor business performance

Skills

MS Office (Word, Excel, Access) and knowledge of CRM
English – Advance
Keep up to date with market’s changing and technology that may impact product development
Ability collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
Good problem’s solving abilities, able to troubleshoot issues and determine the cause of plan’s success or failure
Collaboration, Problem analysis, Presentation skills
Has strong leadership abilities, Relationship building, Negotiation
Project Management, System operation
