Job Purpose:
Your contribution as Head of Project Management- Brewery CAPEX Project Heineken Vietnam is essential in supporting and steering the Projects & Engineering (P&E) department to execute CapEx projects on behalf of the 6 Heineken breweries in Vietnam. You are responsible for the implementation of Capital Project Excellence, manage Capital Project workload and realization of synergies and savings.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist & support in presenting Project Portfolio progress and reporting.
Lead continuous improvement as part of the P- EEM pillar deployment (deploy, measure, audit).
Lead and develop the Project Management section to oversee CAPEX Project Management for 6 Breweries.
Manage teams directly and indirectly within an international matrix/project environment.
Prepare and present periodic status/progress reports on portfolio and projects.
Reporting on project portfolio and be a gatekeeper of the project reporting governance.
Coordinate Project Portfolio governance throughout the year.
Deploy CAPEX Project Excellence across Vietnam and advocate Capital Excellence processes.
Asses and manage risks to achieve safe, in time, in budget and in full delivery of the CAPEX portfolio as per approved Annual Plan.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor&039;s/Master&039;s Degree in Technical, Civil Engineering, or relevant disciplines.
>10 years in CAPEX Project Development and Implementation in Food & Beverage industry.
Experience in coordinating the work of equipment suppliers, consultants, contractors, suppliers and other project team members as part of multi- disciplinary and multi- cultural teams.
Knowledgeable about TCM Framework, Project Delivery Processes and PM Practices.
Risk Analysis, Evaluation and Management
Expert level in technical knowledge & experience, and proven capability to translate into practical & efficient solutions.
Fluent English and local language.
Experience in coordinating the work of equipment suppliers, consultants, contractors, suppliers and other project team members as part of multi- disciplinary and multi- cultural teams.
Project Management track record and broad experience with suppliers and in a large FMCG or consultancy firm.
Cultural awareness and its components when implementing projects.
