Head of Quality department

Location: Binh Duong, Vietnam
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Lead the team, including QC, QA and QMR to ensure the quality of products and systems to support business growth and coordinate with Segment Quality Leaders to exchange the best practices and standardize quality systems
· Hands- on quality management in flexible packaging manufacturing.
· Annual plans and budgets are developed to align with strategic business plans and budgets.
· Create a quality control plan and QA resource throughout the entire process to ensure that quality risks are avoided.
· Lead and inspire a diverse team while establishing a culture of excellence, teamwork, and personal development as an effective team from recruitment to development, training, motivating and coaching...
· Extensive knowledge in Quality Management, Quality Process, Product Safety Control, Quality Risk Assessment and Inspection.
· Assures the quality of products and processes by establishing and enforcing quality standards; and testing materials and finished products to meet (BU) strategic direction.

· Manage and control all supporting activities of job requirements toward “safely producing high- quality products and complying with legal requirements. Details:

- Quality Management Representative
- Control Expenses (QC/QA & QMR)
- Quality Product Controlling & Assurance
- Develop and Implement inline QA Practices. Continuous improvement culture
- Strategic Plan
- Quality compliance
- External Audits Compliance (Customers / Business partners)
- Internal audit & internal system reports

· Familiarity with quality standards and processes to follow federal, state and local regulations
· Quality Assurance certification is advantageous.
· A bachelor&039;s degree in Material Technology/Industrial Engineering/Food Science/related field is required.
· Great team player with strong interpersonal skills and strategic mindset.
· Excellent experience leading, coaching, managing, and developing a team of at least 30 individuals.
· Excellent attention to detail and problem- solving skills
· Analysis, critical thinking, and problem- solving abilities are required to review systems, identify problems, and provide remedies to those flaws.
· Excellence communication skills to convey information in reports, meetings and status reports
· Prior experience as a quality manager in a packaging production processing environment is preferable.
