[Hanoi] Are you a dynamic, results- driven leader with a passion for sales and innovation? As the Head of Residential Sales for North and Central Vietnam at Savills, you&039;ll have the opportunity to shape the future of luxury real estate in one of the most exciting markets in the world. This role offers full P&L responsibility and the chance to lead high- impact projects, working closely with top developers to deliver world- class residential solutions. Key Responsibilities:

Creative Campaign Management: Design and execute innovative sales and marketing campaigns that resonate with today’s discerning clients and drive tangible results.
Business Expansion: Identify and seize new business opportunities, both domestically and internationally, to expand Savills’ footprint in the luxury real estate market.
Team Building & Management: Recruit, mentor, and develop a team of sales consultants in Hanoi and Danang, fostering a collaborative, high- energy culture that encourages innovation and growth.
P&L Ownership: Take full control of the P&L, leveraging data and market insights to maximize revenue, optimize resources, and deliver exceptional financial results.
Exceed Sales Targets: Set ambitious goals and implement creative strategies to consistently outperform sales targets across new and existing developments.
Innovative Sales Leadership: Lead and inspire a high- performing sales team, driving cutting- edge strategies that set new standards in luxury residential sales.
Client Relationship Management: Build strong, lasting relationships with developer clients, ensuring that their needs are met with tailored, high- value solutions.

Product and Developer Client Focus:

Diverse Portfolio: Manage a portfolio of luxury residences, branded properties, resort developments, and more, offering diverse challenges and opportunities.
Collaborative Environment: Collaborate with Savills teams locally and globally, including in cutting- edge markets like the US, EU, and beyond, to drive cross- border sales success.
Key Partnerships: Engage with top- tier partners such as real estate developers, tech innovators, private banks, and industry disruptors.
Global Reach: Work with luxury international developments from leading markets including the UK, Australia, and Asia Pacific, bringing global perspectives to local projects.

Detailed Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:

Lead the Residential Sales Department across Hanoi and Danang, creating a dynamic, agile team that’s ready to tackle any challenge.
Drive CRM optimization, ensuring the department stays at the forefront of customer engagement and data- driven decision- making.
Attract and develop top talent, with a focus on continuous learning, digital fluency, and market agility.

Sales and Marketing Innovation:

Work closely with internal teams, from Private Office to Branded Residences, to ensure a seamless, integrated approach to sales.
Own and manage the P&L, driving revenue growth through innovative sales and marketing strategies.
Cultivate a VIP client base, leveraging cutting- edge tools and tactics to create personalized, impactful sales experiences.
Deliver thought leadership through seminars, workshops, and presentations, positioning Savills as a leader in luxury real estate.

Business Development & Strategy:

Identify new product and investment opportunities, using your industry knowledge and market insights to drive business expansion.
Build and nurture relationships with targeted clients, including tech innovators, high- growth companies, and traditional real estate partners.
Actively pursue innovative real estate solutions, creating new pathways for growth and success in the luxury market.

Requirements:

Language Skills: Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with a flair for communicating complex ideas simply and effectively.
Presentation & Public Speaking: Confident, polished, and articulate, with experience in delivering compelling presentations to diverse audiences.
Industry Flexibility: Open to candidates from various sectors including tech, finance, professional services, and more, with a strong commercial acumen.
Client Engagement: Comfortable working with C- level executives, high- net- worth individuals (HNWI), and other influential stakeholders in the luxury sector.
Sales & Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in leading sales and marketing campaigns, ideally within fast- paced, high- growth industries like tech.
Global Mindset: International experience, whether through work or education, with an understanding of global market trends and dynamics.
Leadership Skills: Strong team management experience, with a track record of building and leading dynamic, high- performing teams.
Nationality: Vietnamese national.
