Head of Retail Brokerage

RESPONSIBILITIES

Proactively proposing policies to the business development team.
Support Brokers to develop and take care of customers, handle conflicts in service provision with customers.
Survey market channels, making requests for new products and services.
Make business plan and implementing the target to achieve the assigned target.
Market research and construction Sales development.
Responsible for developing all broker teams, training and monitoring expertise, quality of service delivery of the environment.
Check risks related to environmental operations of the department.
Periodical performance reports in the period that states the solution appears progress improvement.

REQUIREMENTS
Certificate: Having securities practice certificate or higher
Degree: University graduate or higher
Others:

Presentation and communication skills.
In- depth understanding of the stock market; master the legal provisions on securities and securities market; master the regulations, understand products and services related to securities trading profession, technical analysis for stocks...
Able to manage business and manage risks in securities brokerage activities.
Possesses leadership qualities
Skills in training, guiding and developing staff.
Skills in recruiting and developing staff.
Motivate staff

Experience:
From 10 years of practical experience in the securities industry. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in a similar position.
