Improving Sales Process & Appealing Commission Scheme for Sales Team; Competitive Commercial Terms for B2B Clients.
Providing relevant reports to BOD on demand or on a periodical basis.
Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives.
Supporting the product development focusing on customer success and engagement.
Keeping learning and observing the market to support the product development in next phases.
Other tasks as assigned by the Line manager.
Building up a team with sales- driven and teamwork spirit.
Setting goals and developing strategies for business and revenue growth to ensure that the monthly, quarterly, and annual targets are met in terms of revenue, profit, and finance.
Maintain proper coordination among internal teams- project management, including response to complaints (if any) and resolving issues aimed at customer contentment and preserving the company’s reputation.
Supporting team to pursue leads and move them through the sales cycle.

Yêu cầu công việc

Strategic thinker, highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment, both independently and as a team player.
Minimum 05+ years proven business development success with experience at the Senior Manager level; Experience in Banking/Finance industries are advantages.
Problem solving mindset; ability to thrive in ambiguous and fast- moving environments, and in informal, loosely structured, and creative work environments.
Advanced interpersonal, English written & verbal communication skills – for both external and internal audiences.
Most importantly, you will be honest and of the highest integrity and you will be proud of the reputation you have gained as you continue to grow.
Achievement Orientation.
Autonomy & assertiveness with the skill of painting visions (we do not sell a finished product).
Excellent negotiation skills with ability to explain value proposition of our products and services.
Genuine people management skills that gain respect through collaboration.
Self- starter, who is assertive, persistent, and resilient, goal oriented and focused on their performance to close on win/win contracts.
Curiosity about technology, hunger for knowledge.
