LTD has after- sales service teams in multiple cities, including Hochiminh, Hanoi, Danang, and Pnompenh.
Role Description
This is a full- time on- site Head of Sales role located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Head of Sales will be responsible for managing and overseeing the sales department, developing and executing sales strategies, conducting market research, and managing key accounts. The Head of Sales will also collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and meet company goals.
Qualifications

Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor and motivate a sales team
Bachelor&039;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Team Management and Sales Management skills
Experience in B2B sales and managing key accounts
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
Analytical Skills, Account Management, and Sales skills : HVAC, Commercial, VRF, ...
Experience in the HVAC or elevator industry is a plus
