Scan It brings OCR and EKYC technology to the forefront of branding and marketing, enabling clients to promote and grow their customer base, manage their loyalty platforms, and drive sales. Scan It makes consumer shopping rewarding and fun, whilst growing customer loyalty Buzz It is a comprehensive loyalty platform with customization capabilities to meet diverse needs of businesses.
Buzz It brings an end- to- end solution from developing the front end, building specific loyalty programs, to integrating systems and delivering Got It gifts and Scan It campaigns.
What you need to do
Providing relevant reports to BOD on demand or on a periodical basis.
Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives.
Setting goals and developing strategies for business and revenue growth to ensure that the monthly, quarterly, and annual targets are met in terms of revenue, profit, and finance.
Improving Sales Process & Appealing Commission Scheme for Sales Team; Competitive Commercial Terms for B2B Clients.
Supporting the product development focusing on customer success and engagement.
Building up a team with sales- driven and teamwork spirit.
Maintain proper coordination among internal teams- project management, including response to complaints (if any) and resolving issues aimed at customer contentment and preserving the company’s reputation.
Supporting team to pursue leads and move them through the sales cycle.
Keeping learning and observing the market to support the product development in next phases.
Other tasks as assigned by the Line manager.
