The Role:
The role will drive sales opportunities across a variety of industries and will be responsible for driving
revenue growth across the business with a critical component of the role being client engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships (including multi- market) and introduce new
clients to WTW
- Provide subject matter expertise and guidance in building market presence
- Ensure an appropriate resource model for each client that effectively leverages the team, utilises other
- Build and manage pipelines and oversee the co- ordination of bid strategies and RFPs
client value resources and delivers on client engagements
- Ensure regular and accurate forecast updates, track revenue and oversee effective cost management
- Collaborate with the Lines of Business leaders, Placement Specialists and Client Management
Function resources to develop and implement strategies for profitable revenue growth
- Contribute to the development, commercialization and dissemination of intellectual capital through
- Manage client satisfaction as measured by Client First interviews and Net Promoter Scores
- Develop appropriate relationships in the market and understand competitor situations
- Ensure the delivery of high- quality work to meet client needs
