Head of Sales & Marketing

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead the coordination with the company support services such as the Marketing & Communication team in France.
Carry out, where and when needed, proper market analysis;
Collaborate with the Operation team to keep improving the sales performance, and the Finance team to build sales and marketing plans aligned with budget;
Define the Sales plan for the 4 different Vietnamese distribution channels in collaboration with the Managing Director including Sales targets to gain market shares in the key geographical areas;
Define a Marketing plan including communication, social media & events management but also the product roadmap & pricing for the Vietnamese market;
Put in place commercial policies and follow up on contracts to remain compliant with them;
Lead a team of 30 people, with 6 direct reports;

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience in the Home appliances sector is a plus.
You already managed a large team of sales representatives (more than 10 people) and demonstrated strong leadership skills in your previous experience(s) to lead and grow your team members effectively.
You are customer centric and show discipline in your day to day work.
You are fluent in English and Vietnamese.
As a seasoned sales professional, you have a very significant experience in sales with a proven track record of driving revenue growth through different distribution channels especially modern trade and e- commerce.
You are ready to take on your next challenge and have the will to build long term.
