Steer central packaging development as service for plants/divisions
Act as center of excellence to process automation and optimization of material and information flow, steer digitalization in production environments with focus on logistics & supply chain
Implement seamless and consistent translation of planning figures into production scheduling, create feedback loop into planning on supply possibilities and flexibilities
Use MTM and ergonomics expertise to analyze and improve processes in production and logistics (optimization of material and information flow as well as considering outsourcing)
Optimize packing pool and provide framework and standards
Implement concepts to maximize material availability on production shop floor line feeding, e-Kanban etc.
Develop and provide state of art intra-logistic solutions
Coordinate packing supply network

Successfully completed university degree in Business / SC / Logistics, additional qualification in APICS/ASCM, SCOR or similar of advantage
Very good knowledge of English language
Experienced manager in complex matrix organizations with ability to collaborate and achieve results on all level
Experience in working with networks within divisions, functions, and regions
Knowledge of local language
At least 7 years of proven business leadership skills (7+years)
Track record in concept and strategy development, potentially from consulting background
Cross-functional experience in supply chain and logistics processes
Affinity for digitalization and IT systems for SCM as well as know-how in working with ERP systems (preferably SAP)
International experience, intercultural communication skills
