Head of Supply Chain

RESPONSIBILITIES

Regularly analyze market information both domestically and internationally, information about competitors, demand for goods, consider external trends, and identify internal opportunities for continuous improvement.
Develop strategies, plans, and budgets for supply activities that meet the growing business requirements of the Company, ensuring the approved plans are executed correctly.
Organize tight information exchange among departments and with Sales, Technical to analyze order demand, order progress, etc., to guide and have an appropriate, effective, and synchronized supply plan.
Build and manage the Supply Department team, creating high work motivation.
Responsible for managing and ensuring the efficiency of the Supply Department&039;s operations, including: Purchasing, Warehousing, and Order Dispatch.
Establish policies, regulations, and processes for lean supply that are in accordance with legal regulations and set business strategies.
Other strategic tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.

REQUIREMENTS

Excellent negotiation, bargaining, and persuasion skills.
At least 05 years of experience in the position of Supply Director in a trading company.
Decisive, dynamic, able to withstand high pressure.
Proficient in 4 language skills.
Experience in strategic planning and good planning, with a long- term vision.
Sharp in synthetic and data analysis thinking, good presentation skills.
Bachelor&039;s degree or higher, major in Foreign Trade, Economics, Business Administration.
