Head of Supply Chain

RESPONSIBILITIES

Supply Planning: Planning, implementing, and managing (procurement, production, warehousing, inventory management) to meet raw material needs for production and finished products for customers.
Logistics: Planning, implementing, and managing import/export activities and inventory to meet the company&039;s manufacturing and sales operations according to the company&039;s business plan.
Transportation: Business – 3PLs services (forwarder, managing import/export operations, customs declaration...), Transportation services, Transport vehicles to develop profitable and sustainable Logistics services.

REQUIREMENTS

Training skills and ability to inspire employees.
Prior experience in equivalent positions with at least 10 years of managerial experience.
Fluent in speaking and writing English.
Proficiency in computer skills, knowledge of warehouse and transportation management software.
University degree or higher, preferably in Logistics Management, Business Administration
Ability to work independently and make decisive decisions.
Good people management skills and evidence of managing a large team.
Deep knowledge of warehouse operations and strategy.
Experience in managing complex projects and operations.
Ability to handle situations, supervise, and train employees.
Experience in FMCG or retail supply chain.
