Head of Talent Acquisition

MISSION

To ensure the manpower for each division by talent attracting & hiring to meet the business target

To enhance the employer branding awareness to candidates

ACTIVITIES

• Lead recruitment & employer branding activities of Big C /GO! Hypermarket both back office and stores.


• Work closely with HR business partners to understand the company objectives and construct plans and strategies to improve recruitment performance.


• Developing, managing and maintaining a highly-skilled team to assist with talent development.


• Understanding workforce planning and resource forecasting by working with the resourcing team to feed into recruitment timelines.


• Anticipating the organizations future and working with senior executives to advise on recruiting tactics that will help to sustain the company’s success.


• Partner with other departments and detail short- and long-term needs for staffing related topics.


• Build new headcounts planning with department heads every year.


• Managing and delivering reports and data when required

Functional knowledge & experience:

• 3- 5 years of relevant experience in a Talent Acquisition & Recruitmnent manager, or equivalent functions in FMCG/Retail/Store Chain


• Experience in mass hiring with huge number of vacancies. Advance searching method for High Level


• Having good presentation skill, good leadership and management skill, coaching and mentoring employee


• Result oriented with ability of strategy planning, and deploying in Talent Acquistion


• Fluent in English 

Education: University/Master

Language:  English

Office skills: Microsoft office in advance (Excel)
