Our client is a foreign- invested company, now looking for aHead of Technical and Quality ($1000, ID19528)

Lead projects focused on production optimization, process improvement, and equipment enhancement to boost efficiency.
Maintain and safeguard technical records and documentation related to production technology.
Conduct product sample analysis, review methods and regulations, and provide production line guidance.
Track and evaluate process parameters and product quality indicators throughout production.
Plan, organize, and oversee departmental operations; manage and resolve issues promptly.
Establish and maintain ISO- compliant procedures; ensure effective operation of the ISO management system.
Assess technical specifications and equipment conditions to support continuous improvement.
Address and resolve technical and product- related issues during manufacturing; provide clear instructions for corrective actions.
Monitor compliance with ISO 9001 quality processes and ensure proper execution on the production floor.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Contribute to R& initiatives for new products and the adoption of advanced technologies.
Design and implement training programs to strengthen employees’ knowledge, skills, and professional attitudes.
Deliver technical support in customer service activities, including reception, explanation, and complaint resolution.
Control production standards and calculate cost efficiency to optimize manufacturing outcomes.

University graduate, major in Engineering
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position at copper cable/optical fiber manufacturing plants
Good command of English
Male, aged 35–40
