Head Of Transportation

The role
As the Head of Transport for our Logistics business, you will be responsible to ensure the future business growth by developing and growing our transport network capacity, continuously improving our SLAs and performance, while being the owner of the transport P&L.
▪Build & Support the transport strategy to cater all B2C/C2C business needs from Lazada / Alibaba.
▪Grow our B2C/C2C transport network, including first mile, linehaul and last mile with 3PLs.
▪Continuously drive costs and performance improvements.
▪Work closely with local Express, Fulfilment, Crossborder and Finance teams.
▪Ensure local 3PLs operation running efficiently and follow the group blue print.
▪Support and develop local teams to improve operational processes.
▪Consolidate SOP & standards in the group blue print.
▪Build local expertise and knowledge within our teams / with our 3PLs partners
▪Build and lead strong team
The incumbent will report to the CEO Lazada eLogistics (LEL) Viet Nam.
