Head Office - Sourcing & Development Executive

Conduct fabric RA & PP meetings.
Conduct Rish assessment for all fabric and do PP meetings before order is placed to mills
Communicate with mills and offer correct fabric prices to marketing teams based on clean sheeting.
Develop fabrics and get them approved before orders are placed.
Take lead on sustainability.
Develop and maintain a fabric library and showroom.
Take complete control of lab dip, strike off and yarn skein process and complete them before order is placed. Reduce lead time for lab dip process from current three weeks to 70% within one week and rest 30% within 2 weeks.
Give support and make periodic fabric collections.
Offer technical input on fabrics.
Negotiate fabric prices/shipping method/payment method before order is placed.
Counter- develop fabrics so that we have all running qualities approved with 23 mills.
Other tasks as assigned by Manager.
Suggest the right mills to work with
Gather and disseminate market intelligence.
