Mô tả công việc

 Is open to new ideas and is willing to make changes in the job and routine as required.
 Prepare / set up reception area ( switch on computer, micros, EDC machine )
 Participate as a team player and establishes strong working relationships to deliver positive results.
 Maximizes opportunities for self- development.
 Follows standards, policies and procedures.
 Capable of handling other duties as assigned by supervisors/Manager.
 Knows how to handle guest complaints and reports to the supervisor.
 Knows how to handle guest complaints.
 Produce guest bill and obtains guest signature.
 Maintain the highest level of cleanliness within the reception areas.
 Promote retail sales to guest when massage or treatment finished.
 Works effectively with colleagues from different viewpoints, cultures and countries
 Make a daily cashier report at closing time.
 Strives for constant improvements and takes responsibilities for their own performance.
 Control retail stocks, replenish when needed and rearrange as per set up standards.
 Explain the treatment details and products to the guests.
 Great and welcome the guest.
 Ensure each guest completes and signs a waiver and health liability form and any health issues are relate or device to therapist.
 Meets required attendance and grooming standards.
 Conduct Spa orientation for guest
 Knowledgeable of preparing the guest bill.
 Understand how to make reservation
 Maintain the highest levels of personal and guest hygiene at all times.
 Understand how to check in, walk in, cancellation and no show in computer system.
 Builds and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
 Understand how to operate the CD player and Air conditioning- Receptions.
 Check and report daily operating product or oil stock to supervisor for ordering.
 Knowledgeable of in putting reservation in to the system/ computer- receptionist.
 Demonstrates co- operation and trust with colleagues, supervisors, teams and across departments.
 Maintains a soft tone during conversation with colleagues, guests and on the phone.
 Maintain the highest standard of personal grooming as instructed by company.
 Takes additional responsibility and responds well to situations as they occur without supervision.
 Ensure Spa operations are running smoothly (set up as per standard)
 Understands and takes into account the global nature of business.
 Answer all calls within 3 rings using the guest surname at appropriate time throughout conversation.
 Seeks feedback on performance and focuses on areas of shortfall.
 Know how to set up schedule for therapist in the computer.
 Ensures that work quality meets the standards required and completes tasks in a timely and thorough manner with minimum supervision.
 Continually seeks to improve performance through individual efforts and with the assistance of others.
 Is able to cope under pressure at busy times and responds positively to changes in the workplace.
 Inform guest of the benefits of the different kinds of treatment and products
 Enter guest reservation for massage into computer systematically and confirm guest reservation.
 Refrain from any unnecessary conversation whilst within Spa treatments areas.
 Understand and anticipates customer’s needs, takes action to address customer needs and strives to exceed customer expectation.

Yêu cầu công việc

Required Skills –
• Able to read and write English
• Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
Qualifications –
• High School or Vocational Certificate or equivalent
Experience –
• 1 year related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
