Health, Safety And Environment (Hse) Leader

- Propose, develop and maintain the company&039;s annual Labor Safety, Health and Environment plan;

- Analyze needs and organize training and guidance on Safety, security, health, environment, and fire prevention for company employees;

- Check, monitor and report compliance with regulations on safety, environmental protection, and fire prevention;

- Propose improvements, corrective measures and handle violations of regulations on Safety, environmental protection, and fire prevention;

- Statistics, analysis, investigation, and reporting of incidents, occupational accidents & near- misses;

- Update relevant laws on safety, security, health, environment, and fire prevention;

- Set up and operate a medical room to ensure the occupational health and safety of company employees;

- In charge and manage the equipment and labor protective clothing in the company;

- Carry out periodic reports as required by management levels and the state related to labor safety, environment, and health;

- And other tasks assigned by Manager or Board of Directors.

- University degree or higher majoring in safety, environment, and engineering;

- Have at least 5 years of experience in the same position;

- Be able to communicate in English;

- Have knowledge of laws on occupational safety and hygiene, environment and fire prevention;

- Have knowledge about dangerous goods;

- Proficient in using safety and fire protection equipment;

- Have risk assessment skills and Coaching skills;

- Able to handle emergency situations;

- Ability to develop processes and regulations on occupational safety and hygiene, environment and fire prevention;

- Priority is given to having completed training courses for labor protection engineers, accident investigation, first aid, fire prevention, etc.
