JOB OVERVIEW
• We are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform Solution Architect / Technical Lead with a strong foundation in Microsoft Power Platform and deep expertise in AI- driven features including Power Virtual Agents, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI Foundry. This role requires an innovative thinker who can architect scalable low- code/no- code solutions while leveraging generative AI, intelligent bots, and automated decision- making systems.
• You will lead solution design and implementation across projects, driving both technical excellence and AI- powered transformation across business processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead development teams, mentor junior developers, and act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Power Platform + AI capabilities.
• Collaborate with data scientists or AI teams to integrate Azure OpenAI / Azure AI Foundry models into Power Platform components.
• Drive the adoption and integration of AI Copilot features into Power Apps, flows, and chatbots to enhance user experiences and automate business logic.
• Define solution architecture and ALM processes, ensuring reusability, security, scalability, and compliance.
• Work with stakeholders to translate business needs into intelligent, user- friendly applications and bots.
• Develop conversational bots using Power Virtual Agents and Copilot Studio, integrating with back- end data (Dataverse, Azure, third- party APIs).
• Architect, design, and lead the implementation of complex Power Platform solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, and Power Pages.
• Establish and enforce governance, security, and DLP policies around Power Platform and AI usage.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience in enterprise IT, with 3+ years in Power Platform.

Proven experience architecting and implementing:
• Power Automate workflows (Cloud/Desktop)
• Canvas and Model- driven Power Apps
• Azure OpenAI / Azure AI Services (e.g., Azure AI Studio, Cognitive Services, Azure ML)
• Power Virtual Agents / Copilot Studio
• Dataverse and custom connectors

Experience using Copilot AI for
• Formula generation
• Understanding of Azure AI Foundry, including model orchestration, prompt engineering, fine- tuning, and monitoring.
• Familiarity with ALM, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Azure DevOps in Power Platform environments.
• Natural language automation
• Hands- on experience integrating AI into business apps, chatbots, and digital workflows.
• App building acceleration

Microsoft certifications
• Understanding of data governance, privacy, and responsible AI principles.
• Strong knowledge of natural language understanding (NLU), prompt engineering, and low- code AI design.
• PL- 600: Power Platform Solution Architect (highly preferred)
• Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, insurance, finance).
• AI- 102: Designing and Implementing Azure AI Solutions
• PL- 400 / PL- 100 / PL- 200: Developer / Maker / Functional Consultant
