Responsibilities
Contribute ideas and proposals to superiors regarding process improvement projects for heat treatment stages to enhance quality and productivity, while reducing costs and labor.
Participate in building laboratories and defining quality standards for different types of molds and products.
Research the diamond structure of molds and products as required to suggest solutions for improving mold and product quality.
Receive and integrate new heat treatment equipment and technologies when the factory implements improvement projects (e.g., vacuum furnace, conveyor furnace, salt bath furnace, bright annealing furnace, sub- zero furnace, etc.); revise operating procedures and train technical workers on furnace operation.
Prepare technical reports on work progress and project implementation.
Supervise the heat treatment process during production; record and report technical issues, and propose corrective solutions.

Requirements
Knowledge
Knowledge of heat treatment furnace technologies (e.g., vacuum furnace, conveyor furnace, salt bath furnace, bright annealing furnace, sub- zero furnace, etc.).
Strong understanding of heat treatment and thermo- chemical processes for metals and alloys.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Metallurgical Engineering, Foundry Engineering, or related fields.
Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of reading technical documents in English.
Teamwork and independent working skills, data analysis, communication, and presentation abilities.
Experience
Quality of heat- treated products; improvements to heat treatment processes and their practical application.
Knowledge of cleaning and electroplating technologies is a plus.
Performance Evaluation Criteria
Preference given to candidates with experience in heat treatment for automotive parts.
At least 5 years of experience in heat treatment of metals (especially steel).

Working Hours
Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 16:30 (30- minute lunch break).
Overtime may be required depending on workload.
