- Train & Guide Staff in the graphic & screen department.
- Bring sublimation stickers/motif boards from external suppliers based on the requirement.
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.
- Maintain “Brand protection” documents
- Based on the production plan, create layer positives by considering production unit and issue FTT positive & screen for relevant department.
- Maintain Department 6S up to expected level.
- Maintain Image setter & other equipment + keep records of issues/repairs.
- Create layouts to get maximum output for Motifs/Appliques/Transfers, etc.
- Follow daily sample development plan and issue FTT positives & Screens for relevant department.
- Check accuracy of placement boards received from the customers and inform/solve issues on it before further proceedings. (Graphic sizes/Placements/Guiding points/etc, etc..)
- Minimize the department cost (chemicals, screens, processing)
- Manage overall Graphic & screen department process.
- Get required detail from PP meeting and strategically plan to achieve company OTD.
- Attend on the sample development meeting and involve finding solutions to full fill customer requirements in a production feasible manner.
- Help to HR department as required maintaining company Brand image.
- Maintain sample & bulk screen record as well avoid unnecessary storing the screen stock.
- Check & handover FTT positives & Screen based on customer bulk approval
