- Provide technical input by attend PP meeting and pre sample risk analysis meeting ,identify critical issues and provide alternative solution
- Check production plan,pilot plan, PP meeting status to ensure pre production process in line with plant smooth operation
- Check daily efficiency deviation and work with respective WS officer, supervisor & PA to solve efficiency related the problem in line to get the target
- Check production SMV,layout,thread consumption,worker skill new worker
- Check and guide style changes over process and make sure new style is fed on time with quality standard by avoiding any technical issue and monitor line feeding efficiency
- Work with WS officer to study new style, guide to do pilot and advise for pattern adjustment, study the folder need for new style.
- Monitor operator loading against their capacity using checktime report and re-balance line to meet optimum output
