Teacher management
Be responsible for teaching quality of Vietnamese teaching team at in charged centers
Build up content for marketing materials
Manage teachers in campus
Act as translator & mediator for parent meetings, counseling and conferences
Plan and conduct training to improve teachers’ teaching and class management skills and program staff’s working ability
Teacher accountability with policy, procedures & expectations: disciplinary letters
To build up working culture for teachers and staff as company’s strategy
Report to R&D and supervisors for additional resources and support as needed
Sign off on student accident and incident reports
Academic management
Approve of Materials requests.
Supervise Program Executive in support teacher academic needs.
Newsletters review.
Lesson plan checking & contents support
Create academic schedules for weekly outings.
Teacher observations & evaluations (KPI).
Report to R&D and supervisors for additional resources and support as needed.
Teacher training and coaching.
Student Report Card review & final check.
Administration and Academic Operations
Collaborate with Center Manager team to ensure enrollment needs & policies are met
Conduct weekly Teacher’s Meetings
Report to R&D and supervisors for additional resources and support as needed
Prepare and finalize plans for campus student field trips and events
Supervise Program Executive in supporting admin needs
Lead student enrollment needs: class arrangements, lunch needs, parent information, first days of school procedures, etc/
To fulfill any and all additional tasks assign by R&D department and direct supervisor
Check daily lunch delivery and quality
Approve of program spending and balance of available budget and funds (petty cash)

Support HR in recruitment process for such positions in: teacher’s assistant, VN teacher, & homeroom teacher, Program Executive
Support in training of positions: teacher’s assistant, VN teacher, & homeroom teacher, program executive
